Terms and conditions of use

 Sofa Spot Apartments

 

The document specifies the terms and conditions of booking and renting apartments subject of the rental agreement by TRENDY Jarosław Dardziński, ul. Polna 8R/8, 87-100 Toruń, (NIP) Tax Identification Number 7181568037, (REGON) National Business Registry Number 451086653, to the benefit of the Tenant.

  1. It is an implied term that, by booking or renting our apartments, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below.
  2. Tenant’s personal data will be used only for the reservation or rental purposes and will not be made available to third parties. The Tenant hereby gives consent for his/her personal data to be processed by the Landlord for the purposes of this agreement. The Tenant has the right to access and correct personal information.
  3. All disputes arising in connection with the order shall be settled by court of competent subject matter jurisdiction in Toruń.
  4. The landlord may refuse to let the apartment to a tenant who:
  5. – has no valid identification card (i.e. personal identity card or passport)
    – does not want to present the card,
    – is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
    – violated the Terms and Conditions of using the apartment during his/her last visit
  6. Check-in time starts at 14:00, check-out time until  11:00.
  7. On check-out date, the Tenant is due to leave the apartment until 11:00, otherwise another charging will day start.
  8. No smoking (cigarettes and other substances) is permitted in the apartment, including bathroom and windows). For violating the smoking ban the Tenant will be fined 1000 PLN.
  1. Organising parties, hen or stag parties is not permitted in the apartment. For violating the ban the Tenant will be fined 1000 PLN and may be removed from the apartment.
  1. The Tenant should notify the Landlord of any damage or non-working equipment in the apartment.
  2. Animals are allowed only after prior notice and permission from the landlord.
  3. Quiet hours in the apartment are between 22:00-07:00.
  4. In case of Police or City Guards intervention the Tenant will be charged 500 PLN (five hundred).
  5. No more people are allowed in the apartment than stated at the time of booking.
  6. Guests are obliged to secure the apartment i.e. closing all entrance doors and windows before each leaving the apartment and not letting unauthorised people have access to keys/codes/remotes.
  7. The landlord will not be held liable for any damaged or lost items left at the apartment.
  8. Cleaning upon departure is included in the rental fee.
  9. Each extra cleaning provided on request will cost 80 PLN. The charge includes the bed linen and towel change.
  10. All the other costs connected with the use of the apartment are included in the rental fee.
  11. In case of longer stays (more than 7 days) the bed linen and towel may be changed on request free of charge once a week
  12. The Tenant will be held financially responsible for any damage or stealing that take place during the stay.
  13. In case of any inquiries or requests regarding the stay, please contact us on 608649332 between 8:30-21:00.
  14. PAYMENT:
    1. All prices featured at www.apartamenty.sofaspot.pl are gross prices in Polish Zloty (the prices include the VAT). The price is effective as of the time when the booking was made.
    2. Accepted payment methods:
    1) bank transfer – made before rental. After making a reservation the Tenant should transfer the money to the bank account specified on order.
    2) Przelewy24.pl system – authorised payment following the reservation and made before the rental. After making the reservation the Tenant should make the payment using Przelewy24 system. The rental will begin after payment has been credited using Przelewy24;
    3) The Tenant shall pay the rental fee within 3 days of signing the rental agreement. If the Tenant does not make the payment, then – as specified in art. 491 § 1 of the Civil Code (Dz.U.2017.459 consolidated text, as amended), the Landlord will choose an additional date for payment, and if the payment is not credited after this date, the Landord can withdraw from the contract.  If the Tenant refuses to fulfil the obligation, the Landlord may withdraw from the contract without specifying another term for payment also before the date of fulfilling the obligation.
  1. The service provider is PayPro Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, Tax Identification Number 7792369887, with total share capital of 4.500.000,00 PLN, paid up, national paying authority within the meaning of the Payment Services Act of 19 August 2011, entered into the register of payment services at no. IP24/2014. Activities of PayPro SA as a Domestic Payment Institution are regulated by the Financial Supervision Authority Office.
